help make my 7-song EP!

$1,110 of $10,000 GOAL

Hi, I’m Lisa Danaë!

I’m SO excited to tell you about my upcoming 7-song EP! It’s a deeply personal project that takes you through the stages of grief with raw stories and powerful melodies. These songs reflect the emotions I’ve experienced through loss, healing, and rediscovering who I am. Each track holds a piece of my journey, and I hope it resonates with anyone out there navigating their own version of grief.

To bring this project to life, I’ve set an initial goal of $10,000. This will help cover the cost of production, mixing, and mastering—making sure each song sounds just as powerful as the story behind it. Your support will also fund the incredible producers, mixing engineers, and mastering engineers who will make it all happen.

And guess what? If we hit the first goal, I’ll also be able to create some exclusive merch and fun rewards to thank you for being part of this journey. If we go beyond that goal? That’s where things really get exciting—think music videos, touring opportunities, and maybe even MORE SONGS! Every bit of support opens new doors and helps spread the message of this EP even further.

This project isn’t just about music to me—it’s about connection. I believe music has the power to heal and my hope is that these songs bring comfort to anyone who needs it, just like creating them has done for me.

Thank you so much for helping me bring this dream to life! Your support means the world and I can’t wait to share this journey with you!

meet the producers

Chris Campbell

Chris Campbell is a Northern Irish Songwriter, Producer and Composer now residing in Los Angeles. He started his career as a touring Singer-Songwriter and Multi-Instrumentalist, supporting accomplished acts like Nathaniel Rateliff, Amanda Shires, Mick Flannery, Fleet Foxes and more around Ireland, the UK and Europe. He drew attention in his own right, too - selling out clubs and quieting rooms with his delicate fingerpicked folk and arresting voice.

In 2020, Campbell pivoted into Songwriting and Producing for Indie Artists in Pop, Rock and Folk while living in Atlanta, Georgia, as well as working on personal projects that landed sync placements on Netflix, Peacock, BBC, Hallmark and more. In 2021, during the height of the pandemic, he collaborated remotely on a charity cover of "Hey Ma" by Bon Iver, with members of the acclaimed folk group Darlingside to raise funds for Mental Health Awareness.

2022 saw Campbell composing Orchestral Scores and folk pieces for two documentaries, as well as a Swiss Watches Commercial with Synthwave icons The Midnight. That same year, he began Executive Producing a Synth-Folk double album with The Midnight's Tyler Lyle and shortly after, moved to LA, where he jumped into writing and co-producing a new album with Pop Rock duo Meg & Dia, alongside Bill Lefler (Dashboard Confessional, Patrick Stump, Joshua Radin, Ingrid Michaelson).

With all three albums now in the process of releasing, Campbell is currently writing with new LA artists, gearing up to release albums worth of songs for his own project - "Lovely Nothing" - and focusing heavily on music for Film & TV. Most recently, he has just begun work on the music for a major network series due out next year.

Billy Lefler

Billy Lefler's journey through the music industry is marked by the accolades he's received and the platinum success of his projects. At the heart of his career lies a dedication to storytelling through sound, facilitated by his diverse roles predominantly as a producer, alongside being a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist.

From the indie pop charm of Ingrid Michaelson to the rock anthems crafted for Dashboard Confessional and the dynamic beats for Gym Class Heroes, Billy's adaptability shines through. Working with artists like Avril Lavigne, Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy, and America's Got Talent standout Mandy Harvey, he has showcased his capacity to excel across various musical landscapes.

Billy’s contributions have not only garnered industry accolades but have also made a lasting impact on the music scene. His production work on Ingrid Michaelson's hit "Be Ok" is a prime example of his talent for creating catchy, emotionally resonant tracks that connect with audiences far and wide. Moreover, his production efforts helped propel Laura Jansen's album Bells to platinum status in The Netherlands, solidifying his role as a pivotal figure in music production on an international scale.

Beyond his collaborations with individual artists, Billy's skills and vision have been recognized and sought after by leading record labels and publishers, such as Warner Chappell, Secret Road, and Position Music. Billy Lefler’s knack for sync licensing underscores his unparalleled ability to weave music into the fabric of popular culture. His success in securing placements for the artists he works with in TV shows, advertisements, and movie trailers include: Ad spots for McDonald's and Evian Water, episodes from "The Blacklist," "Grey's Anatomy," and "The Vampire Diaries," “Pretty Little Lies,” “So You Think You Can Dance,” “One Tree Hill,” “Switched At Birth,” “Smallville,” various movie trailer campaigns, and a significant highlight was the placement of Daniel Blake's cover of Dido's "Here With Me" in the season finale of the CBS show "Roswell," marking a poignant moment that resonated with audiences.

This endorsement from top industry entities highlights the widespread trust and respect Billy has earned through his consistent delivery of quality and innovation in music production. Whether producing in the studio or playing instruments, Billy injects a wealth of experience and a creative spark into every project.

the released ep singles

The first single, “i’m not sure what to do,” dives into the initial shock of grief, capturing that raw feeling of being lost and overwhelmed. This song, which was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2023 Wavy Awards, sets the stage for the emotional journey that unfolds across the EP.

The second single, “Kill The Killer,” reflects the isolating experience of depression within the grief journey. This song was inspired by a vivid dream where I faced my own inner killer, and symbolizes my battle with imposter syndrome and the struggle to overcome self-doubt.
